I am confused with exactly what you are doing in steps 1 and 2. Why do you tease your hair first? And in step 2 can you please explain how to do it a little more clearly... are you taking all of the hair or only half of your head? This is my first time trying this and it looks great - I just need a little more hand holding.

I used this hairstyle for my winter homecoming and it looked so good and was so easy i'm wearing it for my prom! the directions are like a lot of other french twist instructions but brushing the hair to the side and securing to one side with bobby pins makes ALL the difference in the world!
